Tyrod Taylor’s $5MM Estate in Rosewell, GA Has Hit The Market
NFL quarterback Tyrod Taylor is listing his luxurious Atlanta-area mansion for sale.
Taylor, who plays for the New York Jets, is asking $5MM for his 15,000-square-foot Roswell estate, which he bought in 2019 for $2.4MM. The property, located at 570 Stonemoor Circle, is listed by Compass’ Sports & Entertainment Division agents Matthew Doyle and David Goodrowe. According to Realtor.com, as of June 7, the home has spent 17 days on the market.
The Atlanta luxury housing market is booming, with home sales over $2.5MM increasing by 24 percent year-over-year, and sales between $1MM and $2.5MM rising by 30 percent according to The Real Deal.
Built in 2006 and recently renovated by Infinite Home and Ashleigh Chalice, Taylor’s estate features seven lavish bedrooms, ten pristine bathrooms, a two-story foyer with a sweeping staircase, and a glassed-off wine cellar. The second floor includes a gallery walk, reading loft, and a full in-law apartment with a kitchen and four bedroom suites.
The primary suite is a retreat with a fireplace, a bathroom with a soaking tub, another fireplace, dual vanities, heated floors, and a steam shower. The family room offers a fireplace, built-in bookshelves, and access to a heated porch and outdoor kitchen. Additional amenities include a four-car garage, a billiards room, a humidor room, and a wellness center with a gym, sauna, and bathroom. The backyard features a saltwater pool, jacuzzi, waterfall, fire pit, and a sports court.
Taylor’s estate represents a prime opportunity in Atlanta’s thriving luxury market.
